A History of Success

Callaway was established to serve a broad client base across multiple states and disciplines. Callaway has enjoyed a history of success that spans over 30 years earning Design and Community Awards. Callaway designs economically successful projects for Institutions, Developers, Corporate Retailers, REITS, Physicians and Private Clients to meet market demands. At Callaway we focus on aesthetically appealing buildings that are profitable and feasible for the clients as well as functional for the end user it serves.

Team Building

Callaway practices an Integrated Team Approach where we define specific needs of the project then team with the Owner, Contractor and Specialized Consultants early in the process. This approach creates a team focused on serving the owner’s specific interests and avoids many of the expensive change orders that add cost to the end of a project.

Process Makes the Difference

Equally important is the process followed to accomplish each project’s unique challenges. To accomplish project goals, Callaway analyses the project criteria and chooses the appropriate “Process for Success.” Analyzing costs and meeting short schedules often times requires integrated team, design/build, negotiated, or another specialized approach. We prefer to involve the contractor in the early stages of the project when possible to meet tight schedules and prevent cost overruns and change orders. Callaway provides both leadership and execution to “Get the Deal Done, Designed and Constructed.” Talk to Callaway about the process that will work best for your specific needs.
