TONY CALLAWAY, CEO, founded and launched Callaway Architecture to serve a regional and national client base. He leads a talented team comprised of highly skilled architects and specialized consultants with the expertise and commitment to understand and accomplish the goals and objectives of each project.
Tony brings a diversified wealth of experience from Operations and Business Development to Project Management and Development Services. He is passionate about accomplishing client goals by defining and executing the appropriate process for project success while providing custom tailored design solutions.
Tony’s mantra of “Enjoy the Journey” reflects his commitment to create positive relationships with our clients as well as team and firm members. Callaway provides the professional expertise our clients deserve and expect while making the experience an enjoyable and profitable one. Tony continues to enjoy a career in architecture that began at The University of Oklahoma and has spanned over 30 years.
SCOTT STONE, AIA, NCARB, President and COO, is a licensed Architect with extensive experience in managing various project types and teams during all aspects of architecture. He manages design, preparation of construction documents, construction administration, and development services.
Scott’s experience, ability to be a creative problem solver and his guidance through the process results in team proficiency for successful projects. He is skilled at analyzing the design vision addressing challenges and translating it into functional architectural solutions. Scott values the relationship with clients as well as with his team members.
His project expertise includes specialty healthcare, medical offices, multi-family, and commercial facilities. Scott is responsible for the daily management and direction of projects as they progress from schematics through construction documents. He has over 20 years of experience and is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University’s school of Architecture.
JOHN TAYLOR, is a Senior Project Manager for Callaway’s Educational, Health Care, and Institutional Projects. John is a licensed Architect with over 25 years’ experience in Programming, Master Planning, Preliminary Design, Sustainability, Preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration. John been recognized as a leader and valuable team coordinator for his work to continually manage diverse teams with challenging project parameters.
John’s passion for education and his dedication to improving student life and teacher administrator work balance and his commitment to health care patients and providers results in exceptional project experiences. John has worked for some of the most recognized Architects in the country and Callaway now benefits from his broad base of skills.
MICHAEL MARCYNIAK, is a Project Manager for Callaway’s Educational and Institutional Projects. Michael has over 10 years’ experience in Programming, Master Planning, Preliminary Design, Sustainability, Preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Michael is recognized as a leader and valuable team coordinator for his work to manage diverse teams with challenging project parameters.
Michael’s passion for education, dedication to improving student life, teacher-administrator work balance and commitment to the user experience results in exceptional projects.
STEVE HONORA, is a talented Designer and Architectural Project Coordinator. He works hand in hand with the Design Team providing and overseeing document preparation for the projects. Steve focuses on understanding the client’s goals, user needs, design criteria and the budget placed upon the scope of the project.
Steve has produced flyover videos for several projects which takes the viewer around the exterior and then an interior walk-through creating a virtual experience of the project before it is built. This gives Clients an opportunity to experience the space and make any necessary changes to the project before completing construction drawings.
Steve has been with Callaway Architecture since 2015 and is highly proﬁcient in several computer software programs including but not limited to REVIT and AutoCAD. Steve is a graduate from Louisiana Tech University with a Master’s Degree in Architecture.
GRANT HENSLEY, Senior Design Architect, brings over 30 years of experience in the design and development of large and small scale projects. His experience includes medical office buildings for individual physicians and developers as well as major hospitals and surgery centers.
Grant is a licensed Architect and his broad range of experience in Healthcare includes Hospitals, Cancer Centers, Wellness Clinics, M.O.B.s, Orthopedic, Urology, Dermatology, Imaging, Behavioral, Cardiologist, Cath Labs, Heart, Eye, and numerous Urgent Care Centers. Grant has been the recipient of the Erdman Excellence (2006) and Baton Rouge Good Growth Design Award.
MARK DANIELS, Vice President of Operations, brings over 20 year’s experience in preparation of construction drawings and administering the bidding and construction process. In addition, mark is an invaluable resource to clients and staff regarding state and local codes as well as his extensive knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
Mark is involved from the onset of a project until its completion providing construction cost and system analysis at every phase of design while focusing on scheduling miles stones. His responsibilities include project scheduling, cost analysis, direct field observation and quality control while assisting with contractor negotiations and administration.
He is very detail orientated and brings added value to every project. Mark is a licensed Architect and has extensive experience in corporate retail, grocery stores and shopping centers as well as healthcare and mid-rise multi-family projects. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
